Understanding Your Relationship With Money

Money is more than just a way to pay for things; it’s a story, a tool, an energetic transfer and a source of deep-seated emotional responses. 

Our relationship with it can be a source of power, freedom, and creativity, or it can lead to feelings of being trapped, powerless, or stressed. 

This workshop is designed to help you understand and transform your unique relationship with money so you can move from a state of internal conflict to one of peace and clarity.

The Purpose: Rewriting Your Story

Many of our money habits and beliefs are deeply ingrained in our autonomic nervous system (ANS), the body’s "autopilot." The ANS is designed to keep us safe, but it can also hold onto old, learned responses that no longer serve us. This can show up as anxiety around asking for a raise, stress when looking at your bank account, or feeling like you'll never have enough.

This workshop provides a safe, kind, and effective way to work with your nervous system, not against it. By understanding how your vagus nerve—the body’s main communication pathway—influences your responses, you can begin to create a new, healthier story around money. Instead of fighting with yourself, you'll learn to offer your system a sense of safety and trust, allowing it to update old patterns and create new, empowering ones.
